How to sign up for ZAPA

In the download form  tab you will find the forms, which, completed and signed, you should give to us. You can send properly completed documents via post to our address or submit them directly to our office.

After signing the Agreement on entrustment of copyrights to the management of SFP-ZAPA, we will register your repertoire, enter your personal data, and then calculate royalties on the base of registered use of submitted audiovisual works. One copy of the agreement will be sent back to you along with the package to our  ZAPA ONLINE. The next step is already transferring the royalties due to you.
