In accordance with the resolution of the Public Sector Allocation Council of February 19, 2025, we present the amount of write-offs for collection costs that will apply in the current year.
In accordance with the Collective Management of Copyrights Act, the SFP Repartition Board has approved the following collection deductions for 2025:
- cable, satellite and internet broadcasting:
- for authors – 8,78%;
- for producers – 7,94%; - televison broadcasting – 8,78%;
- cinema screening – 7,50%;
- reproduction (DVD, Blue Ray) – 9,00%;
- fee for so-called clean media – 6,00%;
- public performance – 9,00%;
- VoD sharing – 7,50%;
- foreign use – 5,00%.
The amount of deductions for collection costs has been determined taking into account the projected amount of revenue from rights and the estimated costs of SFP-ZAPA's operations in 2025.
The deduction rates for operating costs in 2025 are the lowest of those applied by Polish collective management organisations and among the lowest in the world.
